Yandex index: Almost all Muscovites confine to home early Wed

MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- Almost all Muscovites were at home as of 6 a.m. local time on Wednesday, as the self-isolation index by Internet company Yandex showed 4.8 on a five-point scale.

The indicator stood at 3.5 as of 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

Yandex launched the index in late March with a scale starting with zero, meaning many people are out, to five, when everyone is at home.
